This video, "Yoga for Healthy Eyes," will show you step by step easy instructions to increase blood circulation to your eyes to relieve eye strain, tired eyes, and to improve eyesight. I will show you the stretches that will relieve the tension from head, neck, shoulders, shoulder blades, and upper back to help more blood flow to your eyes. Also, these exercises stimulate lymph systems that improve your overall eye health. I will also show you eye exercises and eye movements that will work on your eye muscles such as ocular and extra ocular muscles as well as to help the optic nerve, cranial nerves, and visual pathway. Years ago, I used to have eye problems myself and these yoga poses and eye exercises personally helped me tremendously over the years.
