How I Make Hamburger Jerky! (Carnivore Diet)
By popular demand, here’s my process for making beef jerky! I got artsy with it, because that’s more fun! This video is a love poem to dried hamburger. With original music!
I used a jerky gun to shape the ground beef before dehydrating it into yummy strips with sea salt. These are such delicious and satisfying fuel!
The recipe is extremely simple. Most of it is hours of waiting, but I cut that part out for your viewing convenience.
