Trudeau, Scheer take part in tradition of dragging newly-elected Speaker to chair

Anthony Rota has been elected as the 37th Speaker of the House of Commons. Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and Conservative Leader Andrew Scheer took part in the tradition of dragging the newly-elected Speaker to their chair after the vote Thursday.
