Today I want to show the beginners or someone struggling on the Bowflex Max Trainer how to get better. This equipment might seem hard but it's really just knowing how to work the numbers. Today we're going to a 18/22 drill. 22 calories per minute for one minute, then 18 calories per minute for one minute. We'll do this back and forth for a total of 15 minutes. End goal, 300 calories at the end of the 15 minutes.
