Man puts faith to test as 92-year-old grandmother missing after Surfside condo collapse

Michael Noriega is hopeful that his 92-year-old grandmother who lived on the sixth floor of the Champlain Towers South condo building is still alive after the partial collapse, but he knows that she's at peace if she is not.
