How did you get started in the technology field?: Tech always a hobby from middle school, building custom computers. Enjoy making processes easier / more efficient.

What do you consider to be the biggest challenge when bridging the gap between IT and the overall business for most companies?: Alignment between the business needs / goals and the actual work being done by IT/Tech.

What is the best or most worthwhile technology investment that you have made in the past 10 years?: Moving entire environment from on-prem to cloud.
