Davidoff Nicaragua Robusto Tube Cigar Review

This 5x50 stick comes in an aluminum tube featuring a dark brown lightly packed wrapper with a slight golden hue, minimal veins, tight invisible seams, triple cap, dry paper bag texture and very faint wood aroma. First light reveals a very good draw with thick medium-full bodied smoke output of a bitter deep wood and white pepper both on the draw and long finish. The first third burns perfectly dropping the bitterness and most of the pepper keeping the big wood core. Hitting the 1/2 way point at 25 minutes the ash drops off cleanly in a solid chunk. Flavors are still near full body going to a deep earthiness and pepper both on the draw and finish. Ending at 45 minutes the last third shifted to a slightly creamy warm nuttiness and hunt of strength.
