Lake Campbell is four miles south of Anacortes, just west of Highway SR-20. Fishing opportunities include stocked Rainbow Trout, Coastal Cutthroat Trout, and Channel Catfish and resident Largemouth Bass and Yellow Perch. Resident Bluegill, Black Crappie, Pumpkinseed Sunfish, and Bullhead Catfish are also present.
The WDFW access area has a boat launch, dock and toilet.
Two-pole fishing is allowed
