What The Cluck? What's Going On With This Bizarre Egg?

The egg was so bizarre, squishy and a bit of an ombre effect happening with the colouring. Haha, I actually felt like puking watching the shell :)

And the yoke? It was on the firm side.

What do we need to do to help our gal out?

Our other hens pump out nice eggs with firm shells. Is it because this gal has just started to lay?
