ZABAGLIONE ... Italian style eggnog .... .without the alcohol

Zabaglione is made with egg yoks and sugar. 1 egg yolk to three teaspoons sugar, and a drop of Marsala all'Uovo. It used to be given to small children as a tonic, now we eat it as a dessert, especially here in Sicily.
