This 45 moment HIIT exercise will consume quick, form muscle and get you fit as a fiddle. We use 4 moves for every round and at 40/20 work/rest stretch. 8 complete rounds and a 5 moment burpee span toward the end. No gear essential. Bodyweight exercise.
