QUICK AND EASY YOGURT CAKE RECIPE - RECETTE DU GATEAU AU YAOURT FACILE ET RAPIDE

Easy Yogurt Cake Recipe Video
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 1/2 packet of baking powder
- 1 pot of plain yogurt (= 20 cl)
- 1/2 pot of rapeseed oil (= 10 cl)
- 2 pots of caster sugar
- 3 pots of flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 lemon peel
Preparation:

Simply mix the ingredients one by one, in the above order.

Pour the batter into a buttered cake pan.

Bake at 180°C (gas mark 6) for about 30 minutes.

Check the cooking with the tip of a knife (it should come out dry).
Personally I had orange syrup (candied orange made not long ago) I soaked the cake

- 1/2 paquet de levure chimique
- 1 pot de yaourt nature (= 20 cl)
- 1/2 pot d'huile de colza (= 10 cl)
- 2 pots de sucre semoule
- 3 pots de farine
- 2 œufs
- 1 zeste de citron jaune
Préparation :

Mélanger tout simplement les ingrédients un à un, dans l'ordre ci-dessus.

Verser la pâte dans un moule à gâteau préalablement beurré.

Enfourner à 180°C (thermostat 6) pendant 30 minutes environ.

Vérifier la cuisson avec la pointe d'un couteau (elle doit ressortir sèche).
Personnellement j' avais du sirop d'orange ( d'orange confite faite il y a pas longtemps) j'ai imbibé le gâteau
