God's Cure For The Anxious Heart
Philippians 4:6-7

The theme of Philippians is joy. 14 times the words “joy” or “rejoice” are found in this little four chapter epistle. The passage we will to look today isn’t directly about “joy”, but it’s the foundation of joy, knowing how to find God’s peace. It’s hard to find “joy” if you don’t have “peace”. Keep in mind, Paul is writing all this while sitting in a Roman prison cell.
