Quick and Easy Baked Bugnes Recipe Video

Preheat 180° in the oven
Ingredients
- 100gr butter
- 500gr of flour
- 1/2 sachet of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 4 eggs
- 100g of sugar
Preparation:
In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.
Add the softened and diced butter and quickly fold it in with your fingertips.

Preheat your oven to 180°C. Roll out the dough to a thickness of
of half a centimeter and then, using a fluted roulette wheel

rectangle into diamonds. Slit each diamond in its center

Place the bugnes on a non-stick baking sheet.
Bake for about 10 minutes, turning them over halfway through.
As soon as the bugnes are golden, place them on a rack and sprinkle them with powdered sugar.

Ingrédients
- 100gr de beurre
- 500gr de farine
- 1/2 sachet de levure chimique
- 1 cc de sel
- 4 œufs
- 100g de sucre
Préparation :
Dans un grand bol, mélangez la farine, la levure, le sucre et le sel.
Ajoutez le beurre ramolli et coupé en dés puis incorporez-le rapidement
du bout des doigts. Ajoutez les œufs légèrement battus puis mélangez
jusqu’à obtenir une pâte souple. Formez une boule, couvrez puis laissez
reposer pendant une heure.
Préchauffez votre four à 180°C. Étalez la pâte sur une épaisseur
d’un demi-centimètre puis, à l’aide d’une roulette cannelée,
découpez des rectangles de 10 cm sur 5 cm. Coupez ensuite chaque
rectangle en losanges. Fendez chaque losange en son centre
puis passez un coin du losange dans la fente.
Déposez les bugnes sur une plaque de cuisson antiadhésive.
Enfournez pendant 10 minutes environ en les retournant à mi-cuisson.
Dès les bugnes dorées, déposez-les sur une grille puis saupoudrez-les de sucre glace.
