Infectious disease experts are considering whether Johnson & Johnson's one-dose coronavirus vaccine may require a booster shot from rival pharmaceutical companies, to cope with the contagious Delta variant. Some say they've already given themselves a booster, even without data on whether it is safe to do so. Matthew Larotonda reports.
