Keeping Air-conditioner Running After Fan Failed

Our air conditioner outdoor fan quit after a power failure. When power came back on, the fan motor hummed and would only rotate by spinning the fan blade. Took 10 days to get a replacement motor. In Texas, that's eternity in the summer. We go thru the checks and how we kept it functioning and show the fix.
