President Trump was right, the Paris Agreement and COP26 are based on False Premises

A study of Greenland Ice Cores carried out by Professor Jørgen Peder Steffensen concludes that "it would be very hard indeed to prove whether the increase in temperature in the 20th century was man-made or it’s a natural variation." This conclusion undermines the premise upon which the Paris Agreement is built which is that the variations are man made.
