At what point can we know we're winning? What is the Critical Mass? We're told that 3% was sufficient for the original American Revolutionary War of 1776.

I don't want to incite to violence, but... there is someone in the intelligence community (IC) who knows the same things we know. What are we waiting for? Why was the 2020 election *allowed* to be stolen? What's the game plan?
