Washington D.C. Metropolitan Police Officer Michael Fanone, who was seriously wounded in the January attack on Capitol Hill, met with House Republican Leader Kevin McCarthy on Friday. Fanone had reportedly attempted to meet McCarthy for weeks, without success until then.
