The Meaning of 'Name' - what does the 'Name' of Jesus mean?

"Name" (Gk Onoma) means cause, authority and character in many cases. So the "name of Jesus" is the cause, authority and character of Jesus. Do everything in that name. What it is, is revealed by the life of Jesus in the gospels. John 14:12
