Custom Attic Intake Fan with an Air Filter

I was searching for an attic intake fan and an air filter to cool my attic. But, I couldn't seem to find it anywhere or any videos made on it. The fans for attics are usually unidirectional instead of bidirectional. I have 2 exhaust fans in my attic but wanted to add intake air like my PC. So, I made it myself with parts from Home Depot.

Part List:

Rod & Steel 36x1 1/4x 18GA 4X $7.98 to make a U shape to slide filter in.
Flat Plate Bar Zinc 36x1 3/8x1/16 2X$5.98 cross brackets on fan and frame.
2x4 1x$8.35
Allergen Pleat Filter 14"x20"x1" 1x$11.97
Washers, Metal Screws 1/2 etc...
Truss Head Combo 1/4" 20x1/2" 16 or so
Flat Head Phillips 1/4" 20x1/2" 4 or so middle bar of filter.
1/4" washers
1/4" External Tooth zinc 18 pk.
3/8" splits
Nylon screws for the 1/2" bolts on fan side so they stick real good.
Fan I used is the older version at Master Flow GAF PG2 1540 CFM
