Showers and storms arrive this morning, with the chances of them to turn strong to severe. The main threats include large hail and heavy downpours. Some gusty winds could also occur. A break in the rain late morning and early afternoon as high temperatures rise to the upper 70s and low 80s, with building humidity. Mostly cloudy skies, with limited sunshine is expected today. Another round of storms could fire up in the afternoon and into the evening hours. With chances again of them packing a punch of strong to severe weather as well.
