As of 23 June 2021 time of video development, there were 31,908,103 people vaccinated with 2nd dose in the UK. Vaccinated fatal outcomes reported to MHRA Yellow Card Scheme was 1332 (links above). Chance of death based on these figures is 1 in 23,980. The video uses 1 in 21,300 as this was the data when original script was developed around 7 June.
The Oxford University QCovid Risk Calculator showed risk of death for healthy under 20 year olds to be 1 in 1,000,000 (link above). The video uses 1 in 500,000 to be more conservative.
The latest data clearly show the risk of death is greater due to vaccination than from Covid-19 for healthy individuals aged below 20 years, according to the above Government and Oxford University sources.
