Having seen videos such as this and gaining great benefit from them, I decided to create one of my own. For best benefit, watch in a relaxing position, taking occasional deep breaths in addition to normal breathing. In through the nose out through the mouth. Say each affirmation as you see it either to yourself or out loud. Peace, love and good happiness stuff. :)
