Hi guys this video is my Light to medium Deadlifts session.
I had Low back pain, so I did lots of sets of 2 reps, not all videos are shown.
In my experience 'Movement is Medicine, Motion is Lotions' and it has worked for me every time.
Every one has different levels of tolerance and Lifting could be the last thing for some people.
I however choose to keep moving and Lifting according to the pain level. So far no amount of pain has made me stop moving or Lifting.
The pain intensifies and reaches a Crescendo and then mostly disappears.
This is my experience and I am not suggesting it.
