Cuban Partagas Serie E No 2 Cigar Review

This 5.5x54 stick features a dark brown firmly packed wrapper with a slightly oily smooth leather like wrapper with minimal veins, tight invisible seams, triple cap and faint cedar aroma. First light reveals a perfect draw with plentiful rich near full bodied smoke showing flavors of a pecan nut, oaky campfire wood, followed by a blast of pepper and cayenne sweet spice on a long finish. The first third continues with flawless performance adding a big creamy leather to the draw notes. The 1/2 way point comes at 30 minutes with the blend largely the same just dropping most of the pepper leaving a smooth finish. Ending at 1 hour the last third came back up to medium-full with the leather taking over, the pepper continuing to fall off and the whole thing staying very smooth.
