Hollywood Sign Collapse - Los Angeles Earthquake (Adobe After Effects VFX)

This was a test to see how far you can go with 3D in After Effects CS5.5. Since CS5.5 doesn't have the 3D Motion Tracker yet, this is tracking manually, which was pretty hard. Zero third party plug-ins was used, this was all done in Adobe After Effects.
