A pig explains some of the risks of eating too much factory-farmed pork!

While ANY meat is WAY more nutritious than ANY plant, cheap pork is not as nutritionally balanced as cheap ruminants (beef, lamb, goat, etc). Or, of course, pasture-raised pork!

This rant focuses on the inflammatory omega-6 fatty acids in cheap pork. They’re not just in vegetable oils!

The solution is getting the best meat you can from the wilderness or reputable, preferably local ranches and farms. The pig mentions several resources in this video:
