State of South Dakota struggles to recognize Juneteenth legislation

Juneteenth was celebrated over the weekend across the country for the first time as a federal holiday. But South Dakota is still the only state that doesn’t recognize the day on a state level as either a holiday or observance. Scripps reporter Alexa Liacko traveled there to see why.
