American Internment: the fight to preserve Amache

In 1942 thousands of Japanese Americans were forced from their homes across the United States, and into internment camps. One of those camps was located in Grenada, Colorado. Over the years the buildings have started to deteriorate, and the stories of the people who lived there are in danger of being lost. We introduce you to a survivor, and several others working to preserve this dark part of American and Colorado history.
