Two convicts who have been behind Gitmo bars with no charges to be reportedly transferred

After 17 years of being imprisoned with no charges, two Guantanamo inmates are approved to be transferred to other countries. As some of the convicts permitted to transfer under the Obama administration are still being held at Gitmo, it is unclear when the two recently approved inmates will be repatriated.
