To Whom Was The Book of Revelation Addressed? - The Last Days Pt 124

It may seem odd to ponder just exactly who the Book of Revelation was written to. After all, we've been told for centuries by our religious leaders it was written to, and about everyone on earth.

But was it?

What does the book tell us in the very beginning chapter:

Rev 1:4 "4 John to the seven churches which are in Asia"

Rev 1:11 "Saying, I am Alpha and Omega, the first and the last: and, What thou seest, write in a book, and send it unto the seven churches which are in Asia; unto Ephesus, and unto Smyrna, and unto Pergamos, and unto Thyatira, and unto Sardis, and unto Philadelphia, and unto Laodicea."

Jesus tells John (the apostle to the Jews), very specifically who the words he will transcribe are to be sent to. The Israelite's.
