Week One: I try Chris Heria Fitness Program (Begin your fitness Journey)

Week one of my fitness journey, I am starting with Chris Heria FREE fitness program. No equipment needed and can be done at home, outside or the gym.

I'll show you the Heria Pro app I am using for free, the food I am eating and a montage of my exercise routine. Next week I will be doing NEXT workout abs program so look out for that!!

I recorded myself hopefully to inspire other people as a sort of motivational video workout fat to fit. A lot of people out there are a little overweight thinking "How can I transform my body" or they're wanting fitness for over 30 or a natural body transformation, no gym.
