The roe deer of the cervidae family arises as a fine and graceful animal. At the withers, it hardly exceeds 70 centimeters; it weighs no more than 30 to 35 kilos. It wears, on the buttocks, a clear and erectile spot, which one calls "the mirror". In winter, it appears white and in summer, rather yellowish. Also notable distinctive sign: the deer does not have a tail.
