High speed (200 km/h) urban motorbike chase

A 40 year old motorcycle rider fleeing from the police fails to escape - he is detained and facing large fine for travelling up to 200 km/h in some parts of the city, including on pedestrian road, failure to stop, violating traffic lights and many other traffic laws. The man had his driving licence previously suspended and, since 2017, has been fined seven times for road traffic offences: five times for speeding, parking and driving without a licence.
