Could there be zombies coming?

In 1995, Professor Pierre Gilbert warned of the coming of a mandatory vaccine that contains liquid crystals that when exposed to magnetic frequencies, will turn recipients into zombies.

Are we not seeing the mandates and lies to cause many will take the unapproved so called covid-19 shots today?
