Skies will be partly cloudy tonight with overnight lows in the lower to mid 50s under light winds. Summer officially begins on Sunday! The Summer Solstice occurs at 10:32 PM Sunday evening, Happy Father's Day! Showers and storms will build in after noon with some storms carrying brief heavy downpours. There will be a risk of severe storms, but those will mainly remain south of the Fox Valley. Temperatures will climb into the mid to upper 70s away from the lake. Upper 60s to lower 70s are expect by the lakeshore. Next week will be much cooler with below normal high temperatures. We might not even break the 70 degree mark on Monday and Tuesday. We get back into the upper 70s to near 80 though as we get later in the work week.
