37:55 - In the CEO's bathroom there is a mini-nuke on top of the fixtures in the ceiling. Be careful if you have the Epic Mini Nukes mod installed. If the sentry bots explode near the mini-nuke (and they will explode) you die. Avoid exploding things near that area. Destroy one of the sentry bots and run away. Watch (39:03) and you will understand.
