Magician Performs Card Trick And Leaves Audience In Awe
The Amazing Dave Cremin levitates an entire deck of cards over Times Square and is filmed by Eric Wagner and Sharon Ma. The majority of the people seen in this video are not planted in the audience. Other than the magician, only three of the dozens of people in the video are working with the crew.
Dave asks for a volunteer from the audience to come and help him with the trick. It happens to be a young lady who reaches to the deck of cards and she is instructed to take any card she likes. She needs to look at the card and memorize it. Then she is supposed to put it back in the deck. When that is done, the magician gives her the whole deck which she has to throw in the air as hard as she can. This is when the impossible start. We see the fifty two cards from the deck levitating high in the air. People watch the whole thing in amazement and couldn’t believe their eyes. The trick is beyond any expectation. They are drawn to catch some of the flying cards and are left totally speechless, their questions about how that is possible are hanging in the air together with the cards.
When Dave decides that the levitating show is over, with a stroke of his hands, the cards fall to the ground as if they are pulled by a magnet. He then takes a card and asks the lady if that was her choice to which she replies yes. We can hear the crowd letting long sighs of awe and bewilderment.
The trick undoubtedly demands a few rounds of applause. We can’t wait to see what he has got in his other pocket.
