What's Your Legacy? | Happy Father's Day

Happy Father's Day to all the dads out there, and to any dads-to-be waiting with trepidation, don't worry, you will be fine. Mostly.

I take the matter of being a father pretty seriously. It isn't all about turning off lights, mowing the grass, adjusting the thermostat, and dressing in questionable fashion, it is about being involved with your kids, and actively participating in their life instead of just dragging them along through yours. I won't claim to be an expert, I only have a few years of experience myself, But I am learning, and the most important thing I know is kids with dads who are engaged in their life grow up to be healthier adults, physically, mentally, and emotionally.
