Mike Kelly, U.S. Representative for the 16th District of Pennsylvania and Ranking Member of the Subcommittee on Oversight of the House Committee on Ways and Means, celebrates the unanimous Supreme Court ruling that upheld the First Amendment right of Catholic Social Services (CSS).
