The alpine sanatoriums of Switzerland have long catered to the rich and famous, whose stays were romanticized in author Thomas Mann's novel, "The Magic Mountain." Now, some are using the upmarket clinics to treat the lingering effects of coronavirus - and it's covered by private health insurance. Matthew Larotonda reports.
