Beautiful Green Grasshopper (Omocestus viridulus)

Omocestus viridulus, known in the British Isles as the common green grasshopper. Omocestus viridulus tend to be green all over, but some may have brown coloration on the sides. The eyes of this species may be either brown or yellow. The typical body length is 17–20 millimetres.
In this video, a common beautiful green grasshopper is resting in hand and doing his own mannerism without any fear.
The Common green grasshopper can be found in damp meadows and woodland rides throughout summer. Males can be seen rubbing their legs against their wings to create a 'song' for the females.
