FISH BALLS INGREDIENTS:
1 big size mackerel fish or galunggong (Any kind of edible fish will do)
1 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp baking powder
3 tbsp sugar
1 medium-size onion (chopped)
4 cloves garlic chopped)
2 tbsp spring onion (chopped)
100 ml water (6 tbsp)
1 egg
1 tsp white pepper powder (or black pepper powder)

FOR FISH BALL SAUCE:
1 tbsp butter
1 small-size onion (chopped)
4 cloves garlic (chopped)
1 cup water
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
4 tbsp brown sugar
2 bird's eye chili (chopped), or chili flakes (this is optional)
11/2 tbsp. cornstarch (dissolve in 1 tbsp water)
