Hey Everybody!

Tim Larkin here. Today I'm going to be responding to the overwhelming amount of requests I've had about a lot of the excuses for not training. It's usually something like this, "Tim I'm 100lbs overweight", "Hey Tim, I've got a bad knee", or "Hey Tim, I'm a real small woman". Whatever limitation you think you have, it doesn't give you a pass. Were going to discuss that today.
