My name is Ritu. In 1998 I had a spontaneous Samadhi experience of Oneness with the Existence after a deep meditation session. It was profoundly spiritually transformative. I came to know the God is in me and I'm God. It is our eternal truth of each one of us. God is Love. I've tried to describe the indescribable in this video. I experienced Samadhi and came to know the essence of the Ultimate Truth.
Sanatana Dharma (roughly known as Hinduism) talks about 'Aham Brahmasmi, Tat Tvam Asi' meaning I am Brahma the Absolute and you are too.
