Citizens Step in to Stop Erratic Driver

Info from Licensor: "I was going to an online sale and on my way to the sale I saw the driver driving erratically and nobody stopping. I slowed down behind him and called the police while another car joined me and then another I called the state police three times and told them what was going on and they hung up. I'm very glad to have had others join me in saving his life and possibly others."
