Grandmother WRONGLY FORCED into hotel quarantine at her own expense

Grace Jeney was forced to lockdown when she came to visit her grandchildren in Victoria. When it finally ended, she applied for and was granted a border pass to return home to Queensland WITHOUT quarantine, but when Grace arrived back, they locked her up and sent her the bill.
