Amateur skydiving Fail

My nerves where high this jump and it really showed in my rushed, frantick and poor performance. It is likley the cause of my instabillaty at deployment.
At 5,000ft. I move back from the instructor and turn 90 degree's ready to deploy. At 1:37 in the video I then lose control for a terrifying 12 seconds before finaley getting my chute out at 3000ft. My instructor however was forced to land in the middle of the horse track, hence his upset words at the end of the video.
