Biden and Putin shake hands before Geneva summit

U.S. President Joe Biden and Russian President Vladimir Putin are meeting in Geneva for their first summit since Biden took office. They're being hosted by Swiss President Guy Parelin, who welcomed the leaders to the "city of peace."
